After a 1 week hiatus, Loplops Gallery~Lounge welcomes back the Jazz & Tapas night with special guest chef Beth Boskovitch from 13 Catering.

This weekly event has become very popular in a very short time and we are looking forward to another great night - here is what Beth is planning for the night:

Tapas from the rolling farmlands of Debarats featuring McFadden's Acres CSI organic farm, the Homestead at Government Road and from the Maple Stands at
Thompson's Farm on St. Joseph Island

Gazpacho ~ Alubias con Salsa Vinagreta

Frutos de Cáscara Dulce, Ahumado, Picante de Arce

As always we will be pairing 3 different wines for the evening as well as offering a special bottle from the "Vintage" section to share with the table.

The Jazz will start around 8:30pm
